Fans Are Worried After Hearing Rumors Kelly Ripa Is Leaving ‘Live With Kelly and Ryan’

Many popular TV hosts have been leaving their shows in recent weeks: like Sara Haines and Paula Faris, for example. That said, fans are hearing rumors that Kelly Ripa could be next. So, is Kelly really leaving Live With Kelly and Ryan? The morning series says no!

They recently addressed the false talk on Instagram. One fan wrote, “I hope the news today about her leaving the show is not accurate. It stated that she was leaving to pursue her side beauty business full time! That show would never be the same without her!!” The Live With Kelly and Ryan account wrote back, “It’s not true. Don’t worry.” Another fan asked, “Is Kelly Ripa really leaving the show?” to which their response was “no.” Phew!

However, it’s hard for viewers not to notice that Kelly is often missing from the talk show. But they shouldn’t fret! When Kelly is absent weekday mornings, it’s likely because she’s on vacation with her husband, Mark Consuelos, and their three kids — or she’s just taking a sick day.

There has also been talk that Kelly and her co-host Ryan Seacrest (who replaced Michael Strahan following his abrupt exit in 2016) are feuding behind the scenes. However, that seemingly isn’t the case!

“They get along famously,” a source once told E! News of the pair. “Ryan and Kelly have the same work ethic and values. That’s why it works so well.” A source also told Closer Weekly exclusively that “they are very in sync with each other.” The insider added, “With Ryan, Kelly feels like she’s met her match. She says this has been the best few months she’s had on the show since she joined 16 years ago.”

“Working day-to-day has been a learning and growing experience for both of them,” another source told Closer. We hope Kelly never ever leaves the show!
