Lady Gaga wasn't the only one honoring David Bowie during the 2016 Grammys!

The late star's widow, Iman, took to Instagram just hours prior to Lady Gaga's emotional tribute to honor David in her own special way.

Though the 60-year-old model didn't attend the Grammys on Monday, Feb. 15, she proved her late husband was on her mind by sharing a photo of herself sporting a bedazzled black sweater with the name "Bowie" embroidered on the back. "@gucci #Fall2016," her caption read.

During the Grammys, Lady Gaga honored David in an unforgettable way by performing a medley of his iconic hits including "Major Tom," “Fame,” “Let’s Dance," "Changes," "Rebel Rebel" and "Heroes." A tribute was additionally made to David during the show's emotional "In Memoriam" segment.

David sadly died after an 18-month battle with liver cancer on Monday, Jan. 11 at age 69. The Grammy winners latest album was released on Friday, Jan. 8, which was also his birthday. During his 40-year music career David he recorded more than 25 albums.
