There are no hard feelings between Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs!
According to a new report, the couple have finalized their divorce settlement and the terms of their split are surprisingly equal — a rarity in Hollywood breakups!
Idina, 43, and Taye, 44, have allegedly each accrued earnings that are so comparable that spousal support was irrelevant in the legality of their separation.

The couple additionally opted to forgo child support payments and decided to instead equally cover all parenting costs of their five-year-old son, Walker. The documents further reveal the stars will share custody of their son going forward.
In July 2014, Taye opened up about their mutual decision to divorce after 10 years of marriage.

“I’d be lying if I said there weren’t times when I thought, ‘Oh, man, people are going to trip out [if we split],'” he told ‘Redbook‘ magazine. “There weren’t a lot of couples like us in the theater community — and I know there aren’t a lot of performers as talented as she is… and then you have the whole mixed [race] thing. It was easy for people to root for us.”
Idina and Taye first met in 1995 while costarring in the original Broadway production of ‘Rent.’ They announced their split in December 2013 and officially separated one year later. They welcomed son Walker in September 2009.
