Hoda Kotb and Joel Schiffman’s Holiday Photo With Their 2 Daughters Is Everything
The holidays are a time to remember just how lucky one is to be with family — and Hoda Kotb knows all about that, as she took the time to share a lovely photo with her fiancé Joel Schiffman and their two daughters.
The Today cohost, 55, took to Instagram on Thursday, December 25, to share a sweet pic with her loved ones, included her two kids — daughters Haley and Hope. She even included four heart emojis alongside the precious post. Take a look at the full photo below!
People were all about the snap, as they rushed to the comments section to respond. “This is everything! Merry Christmas!” one fan wrote. Another added, “Great picture of love.” One commenter even gushed that little Haley was sporting frames like one of her mom’s famous costars.
“Awww she has little Al Roker glasses,” they said. Hoda and Joel, 61, have been together since 2016. The happy pair recently got engaged — and the broadcast journalist has already thought up of a clever way to tell their girls all about the exciting news.
“I think the way we’re going to do it, because it is a little weird … I’ll just say to Haley, ‘Mommy and daddy are having a party because we love each other.’ That’s what I’ll say. I figured that will pretty much cover it,” Hoda revealed at a signing for her new book — I Really Needed This Today: Words to Live By — on December 10.
Haley and Hope aren’t Joel’s only kids — he also has a grown daughter named Kyle. And let’s just say that his eldest child is all about her dad’s relationship. “It’s great to finally see just the two of them are so happy and they love doing the same thing,” the 25-year-old gushed exclusively to Closer Weekly just some time after the couple revealed their engagement. “They just enjoy each other’s time and they’re perfect for each other and I love them both so much!”
Kyle also couldn’t help but praise Hoda. “She’s unbelievable and I’m just so excited to officially be able to say she’s my stepmom and she’s just the best,” she said. “Well her personality on TV — pretty much take that personality and that bubbly happiness and positivity and multiply it by probably 10, maybe 20.”
