“There was no heartbeat today at my scan … so it’s over … but I have some pretty strong and amazing heartbeats right here,” Hilaria, 35, wrote while showing appreciation to those helping her through this tough time. “I am surrounded by such love and I feel so fortunate.”

The yoga enthusiast continued her profound message, “Thank you all for listening, for your support, and for sharing your own personal stories. Less than a week ago, the mother-of-four told her followers that she was most likely experiencing a miscarriage. At the time, Hilaria said that even though the embryo had a heartbeat, the chances were still “very, very small that this is a viable pregnancy.”

“I want to share with you that I am most likely experiencing a miscarriage,” she wrote alongside the photo showing off her small baby bump on April 4. “I always promised myself that if I were to get pregnant again, I would share the news with you guys pretty early, even if that means suffering a public loss. I think it’s important to show the truth … because my job is to help people by being real and open.” Hilaria also noted how she has “no shame or embarrassment” about it.

The brunette beauty, who has four children with the famed actor: Carmen Gabriela, 5, Rafael Thomas, 3, Leonardo Ángel Charles, 2, and Romeo Alejandro David, 10 months, explained how she wanted to remove the “stigma” from miscarriages by being forthcoming about her own experience.
