Heidi Klum hit the streets of NYC on Sunday, June 12 with her and Seal's four kids: daughters Leni, 12, and Lou, 6, and sons Henry, 10, and Johan, 9 — and we can't get over how grown up the siblings looked during the outing!

The happy family sported casual ensembles for their fun day in Manhattan's Hudson River Park with their famous mom.

Heidi, 43, and Seal, 53 — who married in May 2005 — were hitched for seven years before announcing their separation in January 2012. The Project Runway star, who was previously married to Ric Pipino from 1997 until 2002, is now dating Vito Schnabel, 29.
