Age is just a number to Heidi Klum! During her recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, the 44-year-old shared that she won’t let that get in the way of her modeling career even though haters feel she should retire.

“Sometimes people say, ‘You’re 44, you’re turning 45, why are you not giving the baton to someone else?’ But I think there’s a lot of women my age, 50, 60, 70 — what, do we have an expiration date? Can we not also still feel sexy? Why do we always have to see 20-year-olds or 30-year-olds in campaigns?” she asked host Ellen DeGeneres. “Why can an older woman also be in a campaign? So I’m still doing it until I don’t feel like doing it anymore.” You go, girl!

This isn’t the first time Heidi has had a positive outlook on aging. In a previous interview, the mom-of-four shared that she’s likely going to be topless on the beach when she’s 60 years old! “Maybe my stomach and my boobs are not going to be the same way they are now. But it’s just who I am. I am more of a free person. I’m more nudist that way. I’m fearless. I don’t think that will change,” the TV star shared at the time. “I’m gonna be that 60-year-old woman laying on the beach with just my bottoms on.”

Another thing that won’t bring the blonde beauty down is her love life. During the sit-down, she also opened up about her breakup with Vito Schnabel. “I’m very single and very ready to mingle,” Heidi confessed. She first confirmed their split back in late September 2017. “I believe that it is important to take time to pause and reflect,” she shared with People at the time. We can’t wait to see where Heidi’s career and love life takes her next!
