Congrats!Heidi Klum Reveals She and Fiancé Tom Kaulitz Have Set a Wedding Date
They’re getting married! Heidi Klum just revealed that she and her fiancé, Tom Kaulitz, have set a date for their wedding. “Yeah, I think we did,” the America’s Got Talent judge coyly confirmed to Entertainment Tonight at the amfAR 2019 New York Gala in New York City on Wednesday, February 6. “But you will find out eventually.”
Without sharing too many details, the 45-year-old added that their combined German heritage will definitely come into play when their nuptials take place. “We’re two Germans, it will be very organized and on time,” she joked. “Very, very much on time and very organized.”
The exciting news comes just weeks after Heidi and Tom, 29, announcement of their engagement on Christmas Eve 2018. “I SAID YES,” Heidi captioned a candid black and white Instagram pic of herself hugging her beau as she flaunted her massive emerald-cut sapphire engagement ring.
When Heidi and Tom do tie the knot, it’ll be the supermodel’s third marriage. She was previously married to stylist Ric Pipino from 1997 until 2002 and to singer Seal from 2005 to 2014. Tom was married once before to Ria Sommerfeld from 2015 until 2018. Heidi is also a mom to four children with ex-husband Seal: Leni, 14, Henry, 13, Johan, 12, and Lou, 9.
Despite being married and divorced twice in the past, Heidi isn’t letting that fact rain on her newfound love parade. “I’ve been married twice. I still believe in love and marriage, I do. Even though I failed twice at it. I guess I’m not very good at it,” the Ella Enchanted actress said during an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show which was taped before Tom’s Christmas proposal. At the time, she sweetly added that she was very excited to see where her relationship with Tom would go. “I found a great person, so let’s see what happens,” she said.
Tom and Heidi first sparked dating rumors in March 2018 when they were spotted kissing on the set of America’s Got Talent, according to People. And even though Tom is 17 years younger than his bride-to-be, Heidi admitted in a previous interview that she isn’t worried about being in a serious relationship with someone that young.
“My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it,” she explained to InStyle in July 2018. “That’s really the only time when age seems to be shoved in my face and I have to give an answer for it. I don’t really think about it that much otherwise.”
