Turmeric can do everything from help detox the body and lower inflammation to support a healthy immune system. Combine that with the collagen-building properties of coconut and chia seeds and this is one powerful anti-aging concoction.
Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup diced pineapple
1 banana, frozen in chunks
1 tsp ground turmeric (or freshly grated)
2 tsp chia seeds
