The Dancing With the Stars alum, 32, posted a sweet snap of the two sharing a smooch, accompanied by a very touching caption: “Happy Birthday to my beautiful @hayley.erbert ❤️?”

While the couple — who have been dating since 2016 — were considerably quiet about their romance it its early stages, Hayley finally clued fans in back in May when she shared a throwback pic of herself and Derek performing together on stage. “Can’t believe this was 3 years ago,” she wrote. “❤ #TBT”
Hayley is a troupe dancer on DWTS.
Hayley has been performing as a troupe dancer on DWTS since 2015’s Season 21, when Derek won the mirrorball trophy with partner Bindi Irwin. The stunning performer will showcase her talents on the upcoming Dancing With the Stars Live!: Light Up the Night tour, which kicks off on Saturday, Dec. 30, in Charlotte, NC.

Hayley made it far on Season 10 of So You Think You Can Dance in 2013. She placed in the top six and went on to perform on the 42-city SYTYCD tour that same year. At the time, Hayley opened up about her proudest moment on the show in an interview with Join the Synergy. “When [judge] Nigel [Lythgoe] told me how well I did,” she said. “It was just really great to know that because [I was] working so hard and just getting really good feedback from the judges…was just amazing.”
Hayley is obsessed with cats.
Hayley frequently posts pics of her two adorable pet cats on Instagram. Most recently, she celebrated World Cat Day (which, TBH, we had no idea was a thing) by sharing a photo of herself cuddling up to her feline friends. “Happy World Cat Day!” she wrote alongside the ‘gram. “Love my babies so much ?❤️ #WorldCatDay”
Hayley is besties with Derek’s sister Julianne Hough.

Since her romance with Derek began, Hayley has also grown close to her beau’s famous sister, Julianne Hough. The Safe Haven actress, 29, opened up about their tight bond while wishing Hayley a happy 23rd birthday on Instagram.
“I love that your heart is so big and full of love and that you give that heart to my brother, I absolutely cherish the time that you farted on derek during your dance in the first MOVE tour and laughed hysterically about it,” she joked, adding, “Basically I just freakin LOVE you babe! I hope your birthday is as wonderful as you! Can’t wait to celebrate with you tonight!! ? ???”
