Halle Berry Is Dating an ‘Amazing Guy,’ Personal Trainer Says: ‘She’ll Reveal It When She’s Ready’

Halle Berry is officially off the market! The Monster’s Ball star is dating an “amazing guy,” her personal trainer, Peter Lee Thomas, exclusively tells Closer Weekly. Although the actress has been hinting at a new relationship on social media for weeks now, Peter says “she’ll reveal” the exciting news “when she’s ready.”

“Let’s just say, he’s an incredible man and I really like the guy a lot,” the celebrity fitness coach dishes. “I’m just happy for her. Everyone deserves love no matter how many tries it takes … it’s just really cool.”

Aside from gushing over Halle’s blooming relationship, Peter — who was speculated to be dating the Academy Award winner —  insists it’s “not [him]” in all the recent photos. “I’m happily married and have a child … but on a billion occasions, I’ve had to clarify that we’re just friends,” he explains.

“[Halle] loves my wife and we’re all really close,” the health guru adds, noting he doesn’t blame the Extant actress for wanting to keep the early stages of their love story a secret. “I think a private life is a happy life. I know people want to know everything but it’s really nobody’s business. Your personal life is your sanctuary.”

The John Wick 3 star first hinted at a new romance while enjoying “Sunday funday” in July. At the time, Halle shared a steamy photo of the pair’s feet while cuddling together in an outdoor daybed. She also added a single red heart emoji at the end of her caption.

Nearly six weeks later in mid-August, Halle revealed their relationship was going strong as she posted a second photo with her mystery man. The couple’s legs were intertwined as they took a trip to Las Vegas for the Golden Globe winner’s 54th birthday.

“Waking up [in] Vegas! Thank you for all the beautiful birthday wishes from my friends and my very supportive and loyal fans!” she captioned her post. “You ALL helped to make my birthday extra special.”

Prior to her new relationship, Halle previously tied the knot three times. She was married to her first husband, David Justice, from 1993 to 1997, her second husband, Eric Benét, from 2001 to 2005, and her third marriage was with Olivier Martinez from 2013 to 2016.

Although none of Halle’s former romances worked out, she’s grateful to have become the mom to her two kids. The Catwoman star shares her 12-year-old daughter, Nahla, with ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry, as well as 6-year-old Maceo with ex-husband Olivier.
