She may be used to the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, but Gwen Stefani couldn’t be happier to kick off her heels in quarantine with her three kids. A source exclusively tells Closer Weekly the Voice star is “enjoying getting back to basics” while self-isolating with sons Kingston, Zuma and Apollo at boyfriend Blake Shelton‘s home in Oklahoma.

“She prefers being there because there’s more space and plenty of things to do to keep the kids occupied,” the insider shares of the “Hollaback Girl” songstress, 50. Considering the “God’s Country” crooner, 43, lives on a large stretch of land in the southwestern state, there are plenty of things to keep her brood occupied amid the coronavirus.

“The kids love taking Blake’s boat out for a spin on the lake and enjoy fishing and other activities that involve them catching their own food,” the source continues. “If the weather’s nice, they’ll cook it on the BBQ afterward.”

Like many other celeb moms and dads, the “Sweet Escape” singer — who shares her children with ex-husband Gavin Rossdale — is making sure to keep an eye on her kiddos’ exposure to technology. “Gwen thinks it’s important to limit the amount of time the kids watch TV and play computer games,” the insider explains, adding, “but in the evening, they sit down as a family and watch a movie together.”

It’s no surprise Gwen and Blake are turning lockdown into their own little slice of paradise. While appearing on the Today show in September 2019, the former No Doubt frontwoman — who began dating the country music icon in 2015 — praised her beau for effortlessly filling in as the stepfather of Kingston, 13, Zuma, 11, and Apollo, 6.

He is a good dad, actually,” she gushed to host Hoda Kotb at the time. “He’s been helping me out a lot, so I literally get to the point where I’m like, ‘You gotta get home, I need help.’ It’s hard. I got three boys.”

Gwen sweetly marveled, “He’s a magical person. … I actually am so obsessed with Blake Shelton that I went back and I watched old interviews between you guys because I’m so fascinated that he was alive back then [and] I didn’t know him.” Aww!

The doting mom of three is especially grateful for their unexpected romance. “Life is full of surprises,” she sweetly dished. “I just never thought in my wildest dreams, on paper, a cowboy and a ska-like girl from Anaheim would be hanging out, but it works [perfectly] and we’re just having so much fun and we just feel so blessed to be at this point in our lives.”

We hope Gwen and her family are staying healthy!
