Gwen Stefani Sings Her Heart Out With Boyfriend Blake Shelton at the California Mid-State Fair — See the Pics!

The 49-year-old wore her hair in a ponytail and sported jean shorts with fishnets, a black tank top and a lightweight kimono with fringe. Blake strummed his guitar for the crowd and wore a black button-down shirt along with jeans.

The 43-year-old performed for a sold-out crowd, and he looked like he was having a great time. Meanwhile, the mom of three enjoyed hanging out backstage and watched her beau do this thing.

Gwen was sitting next to her 13-year-old son, Kingston, and it looked like he brought his girlfriend with him since they were holding one another’s hands. So sweet!

Blake and Gwen love singing together since they recorded “Go Ahead and Break My Heart” in 2016 and “You Make Me Feel Like Christmas” in 2017. At first, Blake didn’t want to write with his girlfriend, but then they decided to just go for it.

“We were at a point where it’s like, ‘Do we want to get there? What will people think?’ And then we finally just got to the point where it’s like, ‘You know what? I don’t give a s—t,” he told People in 2016.

“I love this song!” he said about their first duet. “This song’s important to us, and the fact that we wrote it together is so important to both of us.” The couple also felt like the songwriting process was so easy when they were together.

“I think Gwen has a smaller circle too when it comes to writing, and the fact that we went there that early as we were getting to know each other, it’s just remarkable,” he added.

“As different as we are musically, we’re a fan of the same type of songs,” he said. “We have these playlists that we send each other that are stuff that we loved growing up, and they’re so similar, so I think it made it easy for us to collaborate.”

In the beginning of their relationship, Blake was even nervous to perform with his love of four years. “I’m intimidated by Gwen all the time,” he joked at the time. “Any time I take a step back and think, ‘Wow, to me she’s Gwen, but she’s Gwen Stefani, you know what I mean? It’s like a self-check every now and then. Woah, I’m hanging out with literally the coolest girl in the world, and I get to hang out with her. Just having a meal with her sometimes, it’s like, ‘Woah, that’s her sitting up there!’”

The Voice costars have been together since November 2015 where they started flirting with one another on the hit TV show. Afterward, the two were spotted at various events together like the 2016 Pre-Grammy Gala where they couldn’t stop packing on the PDA.

It seems like the duo is in a great spot in their relationship, but the “God Gave Me You” crooner isn’t quite ready to reveal their marriage plans at the moment. “You know, I gotta say that we couldn’t happier, and we’ve never been doing better,” he confessed to Entertainment Tonight on June 21. Blake explained that after four years of dating, their bond “gets strong every day.”

So, will the pair be walking down the aisle in the near future? “Obviously, that’s gotta lead somewhere,” he said. How exciting!

The Grammy nominee couldn’t help but gush about the No Doubt rocker. “She’s never not been supportive or a cheerleader, just the most encouraging person I’ve ever had in my life, on any level. It’s unbelievable how supportive she is,” he raved. “I tell her this all the time, and she doesn’t realize it, but Gwen’s one of these people that I learn so much from, because no matter what the situation is, she has a way of looking at something from every angle possible, and understand if there’s turmoil or something going on, instead of just jumping to conclusions or reacting, it’s, ‘Well, here’s why they may feel that way.’”

Blake even elaborated on how Gwen makes his life even better. “I’ve learned a lot from her — to not be so reactive as I used to be,” he said. “She’s definitely helped to calm me down, for sure.”

The country star is still in awe about how quickly their time has passed together. “It’s actually shocking that it has already been that long,” he told People in June. “It’s kind of a blur. It still feels like it’s pretty new to me. I guess it is, relatively. Four years isn’t forever, but man, it seems like it just happened in no time.”

It seems like the California native feels the same way about her beau since she wrote a heartfelt note about Blake in honor of his 43rd birthday.

“Happy B-day to my favorite human!!! Can’t believe you’re mine,” she captioned a series of photos of the CMT Music Awards winner on June 18. “#Soooooo lucky!!!! Gx #2019 #Gemini #GreatestGuyIKnow. Thank you, Shedd Aquarium Chicago for an amazing unexpected B-day tour!!!”

Blake doesn’t have kids of his own, but he has been able to spend a lot of time with Gwen’s boys — Kingston, 13, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 5.

“You know, at this point in my life, I kind of had put that [aside], like, ‘I guess that wasn’t meant to be.’ And then all of a sudden, it happens, one way or another, and it’s like, ‘Wow, I really missed out on a lot,’” he said on the Today show in March 2018. “Having them around — I don’t even know how to describe it. It’s so much fun.”

Now, the lovebirds will be reunited when they both appear on The Voice for season 17, which will premiere on September 23. “Getting excited to beat this guy on The Voice this season,” she wrote on her Instagram Stories in June.

“I’m glad that she’s already feeling competitive,” he said in response. “Of course, I’m not going to let her win. I’m going to have to win, but I’m going to have to do it in a way that she doesn’t feel like I beat her. I don’t know if that’s possible or not because I definitely don’t want to upset her — that’s not going to pay off for me in the long run. This will be her fourth time on the show, so she’s no stranger to it. She knows what she’s doing.”
