Ellen Pompeo is a mom for the third time!
The 47-year-old actress — best known for playing Dr. Meredith Grey on all 13 seasons of Grey's Anatomy — has welcomed Baby No. 3, a son named Eli Christopher Pompeo Ivery, with her husband, Chris Ivery, Ellen's rep confirmed on Thursday, Dec. 29.
"Family and baby are all doing great," the spokesperson said in a statement to Us Weekly.

Ellen and Chris, 49, are already parents to two daughters, Stella Luna Pompeo Ivery, 7, and Sienna May Pompeo Ivery, 2. The actress gave birth to Stella in September 2009 and the couple — who married in 2007 — welcomed Sienna via a surrogate mother in September 2014.
Fans first suspected Ellen and Chris had a new bundle of joy when photos — obtained by the Daily Mail — surfaced on Wednesday, Dec. 28 of Chris holding a baby while on a family hike with his wife and daughters in LA.
In a previous appearance on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Ellen spoke candidly about welcoming her second child via surrogate. "This is an incredible thing to do with your life, to give the gift of carrying someone's child. I am forever grateful and feel very blessed and grateful to her — she who will remain anonymous," she said.
"I was there with her when they inseminated her, and we held hands. I looked into the microscope and I saw the embryo. I saw the baby, and they put it in a thingy, and they inseminated her," Ellen continued. "And then we held hands, and we prayed, we talked to God, and if she was meant to be. He said he was going to try to help us out, and now we have a gorgeous baby girl."
