Nothin’ like a good Saturday afternoon fitness date! Power couple Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell put on their sneakers and grabbed their helmets as they spent their Saturday, January 26 afternoon biking around a Los Angeles neighborhood.

Goldie, 73, is no stranger to eating well and staying on top of her fitness routines, so we’re happy to see she’s bringing her 67-year-old love along as well! Last January, a friend dished to Closer Weekly that Goldie has never been so focused on her diet and workout regime. “She always says you’re as young as you feel, and she still feels like a 30-year-old. She’s healthy and vibrant and comfortable in her own skin,” the source said.

Another insider shared, “[Goldie is] doubling down on working out. She’s never really just committing to one solid routine. Her big word is ‘diversity.’ Every day is different so she never gets bored of her workouts.”

Looks like her regimen not only includes biking but includes Kurt, too! We’re glad to see the pair working out and staying healthy together.
