Apparently Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady follow quite a specific — and restrictive! — diet to maintain their fit figures!

According to the A-list couple’s chef, Allen Campbell, the model and NFL star avoid white sugar, white flour, MSG, coffee, caffeine, fungus and dairy. They additionally refrain from eating nightshade vegetables “because they’re not anti-inflammatory.”

“So no tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, or eggplants,” Campbell revealed in a new interview with Boston.com. “Tomatoes trickle in every now and then, but just maybe once a month. I’m very cautious about tomatoes. They cause inflammation.”

“Eighty percent of what they eat is vegetables. [I buy] the freshest vegetables. If it’s not organic, I don’t use it,” Campbell continued. “And whole grains: brown rice, quinoa, millet, beans. The other 20 percent is lean meats: grass-fed organic steak, duck every now and then, and chicken. As for fish, I mostly cook wild salmon.”

As for why Gisele, 35, and Tom, 38 — who married in 2009 and have two kids together — insist on following this non-traditional diet? “If you just eat sugar and carbs — which a lot of people do — your body is so acidic, and that causes disease. Sugar is the death of people,” Campbell said of the duo’s health concerns.
