Gisele Bundchen Pregnant With Baby No. 3, Model Expecting Child With Boyfriend Joaquim Valente

A baby is on the way for Gisele Bündchen, her first with her boyfriend, Joaquim Valente, Closer can confirm.

“Gisele and Joaquim are happy for this new chapter in their life and they’re looking forward to creating a peaceful and loving environment for the whole family,” the source told People. in a statement on Monday, October 28.

Gisele, 44, is already a mom to kids Benjamin, 14, and Vivian, 11, whom she welcomed with ex-husband Tom Brady. She also was a stepmom to Tom’s eldest son, Jack, whom he welcomed with ex Bridget Moynahan.

Tom and Gisele both filed for divorce in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage.

“The decision to end a marriage is never easy but we have grown apart and while it is, of course, difficult to go through something like this, I feel blessed for the time we had together and only wish the best for Tom always,” Gisele said in statement at the time.

Gisele first sparked romance rumors with Joaquim in November 2022. They were seen spending time with her children at Provincia de Puntarenas. From there, things seemed to grow, as they were spotted together more and more in the public eye.

“Gisele’s so grateful for Joaquim,” an insider told In Touch in March. “They’ve been practically inseparable. He makes her feel happy and sexy and alive, and she’s having fun with him.”

The dad-to-be is a jiu-jitsu trainer, who has appeared in training videos with Gisele on social media. They were friends first before things turned romantic, according to multiple outlets. In the past, Gisele shot down rumors that she cheated on Tom with Joaquim.

“This is something that happens to a lot of women who get blamed when they have the courage to leave an unhealthy relationship and are la­beled as being unfaithful,” she told the New York Times in April 2024.

The Victoria’s Secret icon, who was noticeably absent from the 2024 fashion show, revealed that at first, she was not interested in doing jiu-jitsu.

“Initially, I wasn’t even considering it for myself,” she told Dust Magazine. “But when I brought [her son] to the first class and started talking to Joaquim, I realized that it was much more than self defense.”

However, she was inspired to pursue martial arts when she learned more about it.

“I became really interested in the philosophy [behind practicing jiu-jitsu],” Gisele said. “It felt very much in line with what I believe in and look for in my life, and how I have a path to develop and become the best version of myself.”

“It’s actually because of my son that I met Joaquim,” she continued. “I have a friend who told me about the Valente brothers and their martial art school, and since I wanted to steer my almost teenage son in the right direction, I thought he might be interested in this.”
