The day we’ve all been waiting for is almost here. George Clooney and Amal Alamuddin will tie the knot this Monday in Venice.
To kick off the pre-wedding celebrations, the couple, who will host a fancy dinner Friday night, arrived in Italy earlier in the day along with a bunch of their famous friends.
Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber, Clooney’s best man at the wedding, were riding in the same taxi boat as Clooney and Alamuddin while Matt Damon, one of the first guests to arrive, rode a separate boat with his wife Luciana Barroso.

Others spotted boarding a taxi boat included George’s Ocean’s Thirteen co-star Ellen Barkin, Anna Wintour, Toto rocker Steve Lukather, George’s actor cousin Miguel Ferrer and his wife Lori Weintraub, among others.
The three-day extravaganza will commence with a dinner at five-star Cipriani Hotel on a nearby island of Giudecca followed by a huge pre-wedding bash at Aman hotel, where the couple will say their "I do’s."
Reports claim A-listers including Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Sandra Bullock and Bono will be there ahead of Monday’s lavish civil ceremony.
"I would just like to say to my bride-to-be, Amal, that I love you very much," the 53-year-old actor and former most eligible bachelor said at a charity event earlier this month. "And I can't wait to be your husband."
