George Clooney and Amal Clooney are Trying for a Baby! (REPORT)

George Clooney and Amal Clooney are ready to start a family!

According to a new report, the A-list couple are actively trying to have a baby. “They decided that it would be the right time. Amal isn’t taking on extra work at the moment and just continuing with the cases she has,” a source revealed to Us Weekly.

“They recently visited a fertility center,” another source divulged. “This is something they really want.”

George, 54, and Amal, 37, allegedly hope to welcome their first child in London next year — just in time for the completion of the couple’s renovations to their $15 million English estate. “The building plans include a nursery. They hope to have all the work done by Christmas,” a third source told the magazine.

The A-list duo became engaged in April 2014 and married in a lavish Italian ceremony in September 2014.

In May, the Tomorrowland actor gushed about life with his barrister wife and admitted tying the knot has positively affected every aspect of his life. “All I know is [marrying Amal] sort of changed everything in terms of what I thought my future — my personal future — was going to be,” he said.

“I wasn’t always completely optimistic about how [things were] going to work out personally for me. But now I am,” he told People.
