George and Amal Clooney Hang Out With Bill Murray and Paul McCartney

George Clooney and Amal Clooney have friends in high places!

While on-location in NYC, the Oscar winning actor, 53, recently took time out of his busy schedule to spend time with his wife, Amal, and hang with a few of their famous pals, including Bill Murray and Paul McCartney. Not too shabby!

On Tuesday, March 3, George grabbed a bite at Taverna Kyclades — a Greek restaurant in Queens — with his longtime friend Bill. The pair costarred in the 2014 flick ‘The Monuments Men.’

After their lunch, the restaurant posted a photo of the actors on their official Instagram account. “Bill Murray loved us so much he brought a friend…” the image’s caption read.

“George loves Bill,” a source said of their meeting. “Bill’s able to get serious too and really enjoys his chats with George. It’s a real bromance there.”

“It was a friendly and happy lunch. Nobody really bothered them but it was fantastic having them here. George and Bill were laughing throughout,” the insider told ‘Us Weekly.’

Days earlier, the George and Amal, 37, reportedly dined at French restaurant Cafe Boulud in the Upper East Side. Later that night, the A-list couple were spotted sipping cocktails at the Carlyle hotel bar with Paul, 72.
