He looks unrecognizable! Fans know Eric Stonestreet as Cameron Tucker on ABC's hit sitcom Modern Family, but he wasn't always the superstar actor that he is now. Eric used to work in event security and he posted the most epic throwback photos of himself working during a Garth Brooks concert in 1995 — and he even got to meet the country music star at a recent concert on his world tour with his wife, Trisha Yearwood!

Eric used the carousel feature on Instagram to share a handful of photos and video clips, including two photos taken while he worked the 1995 concert when he was about 24 years old — and Garth signed both of them during their meet-and-greet. In one shot, Eric looked up as Garth reached out to touch the hands of some fans that were standing in the front row. In another photo, Eric made sure the crowd was safe while Garth performed on stage.

"In 1995 I worked security for a Garth Brooks concert in Manhattan, KS," the 45-year-old wrote in the caption. "Last night I finally got to say you're welcome for keeping him safe that night and basically giving him the wonderful career he's had thus far. Thank you, Garth, for the amazing night I had with my [crew] slash [squad]."

And judging from the rest of the photos, it looks like he did have a blast! In one video, he cheered and rocked out while Garth performed one of his hit songs, and he even slow-danced with a pal while Trisha sang a cover of LeAnn Rimes' 1997 hit "How Do I Live?"

Eric is making the most of his time off from filming Modern Family. He should be returning back to the set soon to film Seasons 9 and 10, especially since the cast and ABC have come to an agreement after a lengthy salary negotiation period.
