RIP: Florence Henderson's Death Certificate Reveals Long History With Heart Disease

Rest in peace, Florence Henderson.

The Brady Bunch star sadly died from heart failure at age 82 on Thursday, Nov. 24 — and now, Florence's death certificate has revealed she suffered from heart disease for many years prior to her passing.

The document, obtained by Entertainment Tonight, stated Florence suffered from coronary artery disease for 10 years and atrial fibrillation — an irregular heartbeat — for the past five years.
