Eva Longoria Is ‘Thankful’ For Her Body After Trying on Pants She Wore During Her Pregnancy
What a change! Eva Longoria continues to be quite open about how she has been feeling since giving birth, as she recently spoke about just how happy she is with her body today.
“Y’all! These were my pre-pregnancy pants!! I was like 6months preggers and directing in these because I didn’t want to move over to maternity clothes until I absolutely had to,” the 44-year-old wrote via Instagram on Friday, November 22. “So thankful to my body for the journey to and from!” The actress than shared a photo of herself in those exact bottoms. Take a look at the pic below!
Fans were loving the post, as they rushed to the comments section to respond. “Now two of you can fit in there,” one person said. “It’s not easy, but so possible,” another added.
The Desperate Housewives alum welcomed her son Santiago with her husband, José Bastón, on June 19, 2019. Eva has also not been shy about touching on motherhood, especially how she struggled to get back into her career after giving birth. “Going back to work was hard,” the Dora and the Lost City of Gold costar explained in an interview with Parents magazine. “Breastfeeding while working was hard, just for the timing of the pumping and the feedings and the sleeping and the not sleeping. … You just do it and get it done.”
Eva also explained how she now approaches any potential job now that she is a mother. “I will pass on a project if I can’t give it my all. Now I have to be more in charge and more structured and on time,” she told the outlet. “The stakes are higher now that I have a child. I need to make sure I’m doing my part to leave the world a better place — for him and for all the children of our future.”
These days though it is clear that Eva is all about her little one and her love. “When I was younger it was so much about what I needed to accomplish, and I’ve accomplished so much already that I can really sit back now and enjoy the success and continue to dream bigger with a partner,” the Golden Globe nominee once told Stellar. So amazing!
It certainly seems like Eva is very happy where she is!
