Erin Andrews is hoping for a major payout in the lawsuit over a 2008 incident where she was secretly filmed naked in her hotel room through the door’s peephole.

The Dancing with the Stars co-host, 37, is seeking $75 million in damages from Marriott International, according to court documents obtained by The Smoking Gun.

In a 2011 lawsuit, Erin is allegedly accused the hotel chain and perpetrator Michael David Barrett of negligence and invasion of privacy after Barrett videotaped her inside her room and distributed the footage online. Barrett subsequently pled guilty to interstate stalking and served two-and-a-half years in prison for the crime.

The sports journalist maintains the hotel chain is also to blame for the unfortunate incident because its employees told Barrett Erin was staying at the hotel, gave him her room number and even allowed him to book the room next door to the star.

A trial date for Erin’s lawsuit has been set for February and is expected to last 10 days.
