Although they were only married for a total of six years, Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley go down as one of Hollywood’s most iconic couples in history. The former pair first tied the knot in 1967 but sadly called it quits in 1972.

Despite the dissolution of their marriage, Elvis and Priscilla, 72, remained close friends until his death in 1977. Since then, the Dallas actress has made sure to carry on her former husband’s incredible legacy in the world of Rock ‘n’ Roll.

Priscilla is especially enthusiastic to walk down memory lane with her family when it comes to her past life with the “Hound Dog” singer. In fact, the beloved beauty revealed her 11-year-old twin granddaughters, Harper and Finley, even love to hear about the iconic grandpa they never got to meet.

“The twins know [all] about their grandfather,” Priscilla admitted on an episode of Today in March. “His love of Graceland, his movies, and his songs. They can hear one of his songs and know right away that’s his voice.”

During a previous visit to the daytime talk show in 2017, the Dancing With the Stars alum gushed about what it was really like to be married to the King. “I loved being his wife [and] taking care of him,” she marveled at the time. She also recalled some of her favorite memories with the handsome hunk.

“I feel his spirit here. Behind the gates is where he felt most comfortable, where he could just be himself,” she shared during a recent emotional interview. “I can visualize him walking down the stairs. We would go out to the stables every morning and just talk. It was probably one of my favorite times.”

It is quite clear that as many years that pass by, there is no way that Hollywood will ever forget the whirlwind romance between Elvis and Priscilla!
