Longtime couple Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi proved they’re more in love than ever as they were spotted sharing rare PDA out and about on Sunday, May 24. The beloved TV host lovingly stared into the Arrested Development alum’s eyes while picking up some takeout from Lucky’s restaurant in Santa Barbara, California.

Ellen, 62, and Portia, 47, looked like total lovebirds as they strolled up to the upscale steak house in a lavish gray convertible. The Ellen DeGeneres Show star was photographed enjoying a sweet moment with her gorgeous spouse as they waited for their food to arrive.

Despite the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, Ellen and Portia — who tied the knot in 2008 — appeared to be in happy spirits. Since she’s hosting her hit talk show at home, the Emmy winner has been spending a ton of time with Portia in the last several weeks.

Although we bet Ellen is thrilled to unwind from her hectic Hollywood career, she didn’t hold back when talking about how bored she is in lockdown. While previously chatting with John Legend and Chrissy Teigen earlier in quarantine, the iconic comedian revealed she’s jealous of all the moms and dads out there.

“I wish I had kids right now, I’m so bored,” Ellen sweetly gushed to the “All of Me” singer, 41, and the former Sports Illustrated model, 34, as they talked over the phone in mid-March.

There’s no doubt Ellen and Portia would be amazing parents. However, the Finding Dory star explained why the Hollywood duo never welcomed children into their family while appearing on the Today show in 2015.

“I love kids, but that’s such a big commitment,” Ellen explained at the time. “It seems long-term. It seems like a commitment that you have to stick with. And I just don’t know if I can — it’s too risky.”

The Seriously … I’m Kidding author jokingly added, “Like, what if I don’t like the kid? What if it turns out that it’s not as cute as I wanted or as talented? I’m gonna compare it to all these kids that I have on this show that are so smart and so funny, and I’m like, ‘You are nowhere near these kids I had on today.’”

Good thing Ellen and Portia always know how to keep each other entertained!
