People Can’t Believe How Identical Elizabeth Hurley and Her Son Look in Christmas Photo
Are we seeing double? Elizabeth Hurley and her son Damian are each other’s reflections in a recent photo the teen shared.
The 17-year-old took to Instagram to post a selfie with his famous mom, 54, dressed alike on Christmas. And let’s just say no one could believe what they were seeing, as people rushed to respond in the comments section.
“Peas in a pod!” one person said. Another added, “Twins!” The Bedazzled star also shared the pic on her Instagram stories, captioning it, “Christmas Walkies.” Elizabeth shares her only child with businessman Stevie Bing.
Damian has already launched his own modeling career — as he looks to follow the route of his famous mom. In fact, just recently he was named “sexiest offspring” by People, something that Elizabeth was shocked to learn. “I didn’t know that, but I am of course incredibly proud of my son and everything he does,” the star exclusively told Closer Weekly while attending the Lincoln Center Corporate Fund Fashion Gala.
“I have to tell him! He’ll be thrilled!” she added. Elizabeth has always been open about her close relationship with Damian. She even once revealed to putting a long pause on her career simply to raise her baby boy.
“Looking after my son became my No. 1 task, and it was a joy to have someone else on whom to focus,” Elizabeth told Closer of having Damian in 2002. “I was 36 and had been worrying about myself for quite long enough. … I stopped doing movies and TV for the first eight years of his life, and I don’t regret it for a moment. I always put him first.” So incredible!
Interesting enough, while she was on her career hiatus, she was able to work on another one of her passions: fashion. And in 2005, she launched the Elizabeth Hurley Beach swimwear collection. “It allowed me to be more flexible with my time and work when Damian was at school,” Elizabeth explained at the time.
When it comes down to it, it is quite clear that Elizabeth will always put her son as number one on her list, regardless of the situation.
