They're movin' on up to the East Side!
Drew Barrymore and her husband Will Kopelman recently passed the strict co-op board required to move into a luxury building on Park Avenue in New York, reports say.
Like a lot of expensive buildings on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, 830 Park Avenue requires all potential buyers to go through a range of checks to determine whether they are suitable occupants for the building.
And it appears that Drew and her hubby passed with flying colors!
The prewar 4-bedroom duplex is reportedly going for $8.3 million and features a grand entrance foyer and eat-in chef's kitchen.
The actress recently revealed that she is expecting her second child, so the move will surely give the soon-to-be family-of-four enough room! The couple is already parents to 15-month-old daughter Olive.
And the star will have a few famous neighbors once she settles in! Journalist Tom Brokaw, actress Kelly Rutherford, and pop icon Madonna all have residences within a few blocks of Drew's new home.
Maybe she'll consider using Madonna's 17-year-old daughter Lourdes as a babysitter!
