Too cute! Drew Barrymore and her ex-husband, Will Kopelman, reunited for a day and showed up at their daughter Frankie’s graduation.

Will, 40, took to Instagram on Thursday, May 30, to share a lovely photo of he and his ex-wife, 44, giving their little one a kiss on her cheek, as their youngest child, 5, proudly held up her diploma. “Graduate,” the actor captioned the pic. Fans were all about the post, as they reacted it with positive words in the comments section.

“So much to love in this pic,” one person said. Another added, “Congratulations Frankie! She will love looking back on this photo!” A reference to a classic film was even reference too. “Just really want a Parent Trap moment here!” a user said of the movie that is all about sisters trying to get their single parents to fall in love.

Will and the Santa Clarita Diet actress married in 2012, but parted ways in 2016. Aside from little Frankie, the ex-pair also share daughter Olive, 6. The Flower Beauty creator has been quite open about her life post-divorce.

“[Divorce] was just like my worst nightmare,” Drew told Ellen DeGeneres on her show back in 2017. “I so wanted to raise kids in this ultra-traditional way and do everything so the polar opposite of my experience.” She continued, “And you know, it really is about the tone you set, and you can talk until you’re blue in the face, but kids watch what you do every single day of your life, all day long, and that behavior and that example and that love and community and honesty is just, I think, what’s making everything feel safe for my kids.”

“And that’s really the intention I had as a parent was, ‘How do my kids have this incredible sense of freedom inside their heart?’ she added. While she and her husband may not be together anymore, Drew is still doing all she can to be grateful for the things that she does have in her life.

“I am lucky enough to have two young amazing kids, and a full-time job and rad friends,” the Wildflower author wrote on a Valentine’s Day Instagram post earlier this year. “So I’m not sitting around bummed out. I feel stupid grateful.”

We are so happy to see Drew and Will still fill their family with love, despite not being married anymore. Kudos!
