Donny Osmond and His Grandkids Enjoy Tasty Popsicles in the Pool on a Hot Summer Day
Now that Donny Osmond‘s grandkids are on summer vacation, he’s been spending as much time as possible with them before they return to the school in the fall. The 61-year-old singer recently hung out with his brood when they all got together in Orem, Utah, for a little poolside party.
“My grandkids just pushed me in the pool💦,” the “Hey Girl” musician captioned an Instagram snap of him and the little ones sitting in the water on Monday, July 29. “So we celebrated by breaking out some #popsicles. Thanks @popsicle for sending the Osmond family the perfect treat for a hot summer’s day in the pool. ☀️ #SummerDays.”
The best part about Donny’s photo was that he wasn’t wearing any swimming attire in the pool. Instead of sporting a pair of swim trunks with goggles, he wore a cool button down shirt with a pair of navy blue jeans.
Donny, the proud father of five kids — Donald Clark Osmond Jr., 39; Jeremy James Osmond, 37; Brandon Michael Osmond, 33; Christopher Glenn Osmond, 28; and Joshua Davis Osmond, 20 — thanks his gorgeous wife, Debbie Osmond, for making him into a family man and for being a constant support system for their kids.
“I am particularly grateful that my dear Debbie has been able to be home with our children and has been such a powerful and uplifting influence on each one of our family. Especially in her great support of me in my crazy career that takes me away from the home so much,” he revealed to Third Hour, adding that Debbie and his kids have “always been the core of my life.”
“A mother’s love is one of the greatest powers on this earth,” he continued. “It is eternally precious to her children who will reflect that love back to her in ways that will bring blessing and joy to her that far exceeds any earthly reward.”
