A rough night. Diane Kruger and Norman Reedus‘ baby girl is trying to deal with some teething, and her parents are attempting to help the best way they can.

The National Treasure actress, 43, took to Instagram on Tuesday, September 24, to share a selfie, and let everyone know the current predicament her family is in. “Early (tired) morning, waiting for baby to wake up after a tearful night of teething. #growingpains #poorbaby,” Diane wrote alongside the snap.

People were nothing but supportive in the comments section as they responded with positive words. “Going through the same thing,” one person wrote. Another went ahead and added, “I remember those mornings! But I didn’t look nearly that beautiful.”

The Hollywood star and her boyfriend, 50, have been together since 2016. They welcomed their baby girl — whose name is still not known — in November 2018. The Walking Dead star is also a father to a 19-year-old son named Mingus from a previous relationship with Helena Christensen. The pair have done all they can to keep their little family private, but Diane did once open up about how she never saw herself as a mother.

“For a long time, the desire for a child didn’t preoccupy me,” the A-lister told French magazine Madame Figaro in an interview. “I had my ways. I was fine without one. In short, I didn’t feel absolutely ready. Life ensured my daughter arrived at the right time. It was a surprise, and she is beautiful.” However, once her baby arrived, Diane quickly realized how important it was for her to take a step back from her career.

“I worked during my pregnancy and, when I finally stopped, I felt serenity. I didn’t feel silly missing a role,” the Welcome to Marwen costar explained. “Today, only my daughter counts. Not sleeping for 24 hours doesn’t matter to me, traveling with suitcases and suitcases and more suitcases doesn’t bother me at all because for the moment, she is well. I’ve chosen to give myself a break of six months to enjoy her.”
