For nearly 25 years, Debra Messing has graced our TV screens in Ned & Stacey, Will & Grace, Smash, The Mysteries of Laura, and more hit shows. And, frankly, the 49-year-old actress looks just as stunning now as when she got her showbiz start! So, how does Debra maintain her gorgeously youthful looks?

Many fans have speculated that Debra — like so many other stars — has turned to plastic surgery to alter her features. In an exclusive interview with Closer Weekly, Dr. Vartan Mardirossian revealed that the Emmy winner may have once undergone a rhinoplasty, as her nose has a “nice scoop and the tip has just the right amount of rotation and projection.” Debra could have also received fillers in her cheekbones and smile lines and gotten Botox in her forehead and around her eyes, Dr. Mardirossian said. “I cannot comment about a facelift [or] neck lift but she has no howling and she has a very well defined jawline and beautiful skin,” he added.

“She has possibly gotten a little Botox in the forehead to maintain the wrinkle-free appearance there,” Dr. Andrew Miller agreed. Dr. Adam Hamawy also exclusively told Closer he believes Debra has received Botox injections. But, perhaps the best way the actress has maintained her youthful glow and fit figure is through the magic of CoolSculpting! “It works, it really works,” Debra has said of the non-invasive, fat-freezing treatment. “I want to shout it to the world like, ‘You guys will not believe this. [Your fat is] frozen and then it slowly leaves your body. It’s incredible!'” The actress is now proudly working as a spokeswoman for the popular treatment, which is also loved by model Molly Sims.

“I’m a wimp so anything that involves knives or a hospital is not good. Here’s something that you literally just walk into your dermatologist’s office and they put something on my belly for an hour and then you put your clothes back on and you walk out the door and then a couple of months later [the fat] is gone,” Debra recently told E! News of the procedure. Sounds too good to be true!

She also recently opened up about her CoolSculpting experience in an interview with Good Housekeeping — and revealed she’s “not embarrassed at all” about undergoing the procedure. “Whether or not someone else wants to judge me because I want to go into a dermatologist’s office for an hour and have fat frozen off of my body and three months later I can feel a little bit better in a bathing suit — I don’t care. I don’t care about that judgment,” she said.

“I gave birth. I had a little pouch on my stomach that wouldn’t go away. We have hormones. Things happen. Things move. And I’m lazy! I don’t wanna do sit-ups for four hours a day. I’m a single mom and I work full-time,” Debra continued. “It’s incredibly important to be open about doing things to improve how you feel about yourself. The myth that there are people walking around Hollywood who were born perfect and age perfectly is very dangerous, especially for young girls. I’m not embarrassed at all.”
