David Cassidy may be facing even more jail time in the wake of his recent involvement in a hit-and-run accident.

According to documents obtained by Radar Online, the 65-year-old actor could serve an additional 60 days in prison and be slapped with another $500 fine for driving with a suspended license — a result of a previous DUI arrest — during the Sept. 9 crash.

David was originally charged with 60 days of jail time, six months of probation and a $500 fine for fleeing the scene of a crime.

Last month, The Partridge Family star was driving his 2014 Silver Kia Sportage on Florida’s Interstate 595 when he collided with another car after allegedly drifting out of his lane. According to a witness at the scene, David got out of his car and attempted to cover his vehicle’s license plate before leaving the site with a flat tire and damage to the right side of his car.

David — who is set to appear in court later this month for the hit-and-run charges — has been previously arrested three times for DUI and suspicion of DUI.
