“Spent the day at the beach with my family, my mom [Lisa Oz] made my favorite cake with the kids (yes I had two cakes haha), fell asleep with the kids, woke up and went on a date with John, and here we are on the other side of 33!!” she continued.
As Daphne gushed that “life is for living with the people we love,” she gave a sweet shout-out to all of her fans. “Of the many, many things I am grateful for from the last year and excited for going into this next one, YOU are a huge part. I am so lucky to have this amazing community with you!!” she wrote. “Thank you for all the positivity and excitement for life and delicious inspiration we share together.”
The Happy Cook author — who shares kids Philomena, 5, Jovan, 4, Domenica, 3, and 7-month-old Gigi with her handsome husband — then teased some upcoming business ideas she’s looking forward to sharing.
“I can’t wait to take you along for some of the fun new projects I have coming up, and so many of those opportunities are thanks to you,” she marveled. “So just wanted to send you a big hug and say thank you for being on this adventure with me!! 34 is going to be good.”
Daphne’s fans joined in on the epic birthday celebrations by flooding the comments section of her post. “Happy birthday, Daphne! Wishing you and your beautiful family all the best,” one user wrote, while another echoed, “Happy birthday to you! Your posts are always inspiring and entertaining! Thank you for being you!” Another added, “Wishing you the happiest of birthdays.”
While Daphne is more than willing to share the sweet and happy moments in her life, she’s also not afraid to give glimpses inside the bad and the ugly. Not too long after giving birth to baby No. 4 in August 2019, the blonde beauty — who is the proud daughter of beloved TV star Dr. Oz — revealed why she’s not in a rush to bounce back to her pre-baby weight.
“Everyone starts somewhere,” Daphne wrote alongside a photo of herself wearing a green, athletic bra and matching leggings, adding the hashtag “10 weeks postpartum” at the end of her caption. “Just got sweaty and it felt so GOOD!! Only my second real workout since having Gigi.
“I’m not in a rush, I just want to start to feel my core again and strength in my skin,” she continued at the time. “Consistency and baby steps get it done.”
