Bonner Bolton opens up about his bull riding accident

While rehearsing for their 1920s-themed Charleston, Bonner candidly spoke to partner Sharna Burgess about a January 2016 bull riding accident during which he broke his neck.

"I can do everything except stuff over my head," Bonner said of his body's limitations during his rehearsal footage. "There's a lot that goes into [learning these dances]. I've been frustrated this week." The duo finished the night with a score of 24/40.

Derek Hough returns to the ballroom!

Oh hi, Derek! The former DWTS pro dancer — he's won six Mirror Ball Trophies! — performed a special dance with his older sister Julianne Hough during tonight's episode. The siblings' emotional, contemporary performance was part of their upcoming show, MOVE BEYOND Live on Tour, which kicks off later this year.

Heather, Simone, Nancy, and Normani receive the first 9s!

You go, girls! Glee star Heather Morris killed her Britney Spears-themed Tango with stand-in partner Alan Bersten — and received the first 9 of the season! She ended the night with a score of 33/40. Next, Olympian Simone Biles and her pro Sasha Farber wowed the judges with their Elvis Presley Quickstep, receiving a high score of 32/40.

Figure skater Nancy Kerrigan then pulled out all the stops with her sassy Samba to Ricky Martin's hit song "Shake Your Bon-Bon" with partner Artem Chigvintsev. She received a score of 33/40. Lastly, Fifth Harmony singer Normani Kordei and her partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, danced a near-perfect Foxtrot — and earned two 9s from the judges! Their final tally was 34/40, the highest score of the night!

Following Heather's dance, her pro, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, gave fans another update on his calf injury after undergoing surgery earlier this week. "I'm walking now, I'm making strides a little faster than expected. I'm hoping for a full comeback later this week… we'll see," Maks said. Fingers crossed for his speedy recovery and return to the ballroom!

David Ross brings the sexy with a Magic Mike routine

WOAH! Chicago Cubs star David wowed fans — and the judges! — with a sexy-meets-silly Magic Mike dance to 50 Cent's song "Candy Shop." "That was fantastic! You hit those moves with lots of flavor!" judge Carrie Ann Inaba told David with Julianne adding, "Not only was that tongue-in-cheek, but that was really good! It was funny, but it was really good… you should be proud of yourself!" David and his pro partner Lindsay Arnold received a score of 31/40.

SPOILER: Charo is eliminated

After hosts Erin Andrews and Tom Bergeron announced pairs Charo and Keo Motsepe and Nick Viall and Peta Murgatroyd were in the bottom two, Charo and Keo were sadly sent home. "I am having a very good time, I [enjoyed] this very much," Charo said before exiting the show. We'll miss you, Charo!
