A few seasons ago, Cheers star Kirstie Alley lost her shoe during a waltz with Maks Chmerkovskiy… and she stopped to put it back on, leaving Maks by his lonesome on the dance floor. “I do think it’s a conspiracy,” she later joked to People. “I think that the other girls came into my dressing room and tampered with my shoe. And I’m not going to name any names… Petra [Nemcova].”

Earlier this season, pro Witney Carson got tripped up during an Argentine tango with Malcolm in the Middle alum Frankie Muniz. “My heel got stuck in my skirt and it would just not come out and so, [Frankie] literally was dragging me along,” she later told People. “Thank goodness he knew the steps and could keep going.”
