So exciting! Dancing With the Stars Season 27 is right around the corner, so that said, all of the celebrity contestants have finally been announced! The entire cast appeared on Good Morning America on Wednesday, Sept. 12, and we were so excited to see so many popular names revealed.
The following stars will be headed to the ballroom in just a few weeks: Nancy McKeon, Tinashe, Evanna Lynch, Milo Manheim, Mary Lou Retton, Bobby Bones, Alexis Ren, John Schneider, DeMarcus Ware, Danelle Umstead, Nikki Glaser, Joe Amabile, and Juan Pablo Di Pace.

We also now know which pro dancers will be leading the celebs in this upcoming season. Fan-favorites Val Chmerkovskiy, Witney Carson, Sharna Burgess, Sasha Farber, Keo Motsepe, Lindsay Arnold, Emma Slater, Artem Chigvintsev, Alan Bersten, Jenna Johnson, and Gleb Savchenko will all be returning to the ballroom. Cheryl Burke is also coming back to DWTS after a two-season hiatus and new dancer Brandon Armstrong has joined the pro roster.
After the cast was officially revealed this morning, fans flooded social media to express their excitement over the new casting. “OMG! Luna Lovegood from Harry Potter is going to be on Dancing With the Stars this season!” one wrote. Another added, “That is too cool!! Bobby Bones will be great on Dancing With the Stars!!” One user commented, “But actually this DWTS cast is one of my favorites in a long time!”
Previously, on Wednesday, Sept. 5, the very first contestant was announced and it was Facts of Life star Nancy. During an appearance on GMA at the time, Nancy, 52, revealed she is paired with pro dancer Val, 32, for Season 27, which is set to premiere on ABC on Sept. 24.
“He is awesome,” Nancy gushed of veteran DWTS dancer Val on GMA. “He’s the most amazing partner, [he has] more patience than anybody I know, and I’m so lucky.” So are we, honestly! We can’t wait to watch Dancing With the Stars‘ newest season in just a few weeks!
