Monica Geller and Phoebe Buffay, back together again! Courteney Cox and Lisa Kudrow had an awesome mini Friends reunion on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on Tuesday, January 29 and, frankly, we can’t get enough of the now-viral moment. Courteney, 54, stopped by the daytime program to promote her new Facebook Watch series 9 Months but host Ellen DeGeneres had a big surprise for the iconic TV star going on behind-the-scenes.

While encouraging Courteney to finally join Instagram, Ellen suggested the two take a pic together in a perfectly recreated Central Perk coffee house set from Friends for her first post on the photo-sharing site. “I wish Lisa Kudrow was here because that would be fun,” the 61-year-old host said before Lisa, 55, suddenly appeared onstage.

“You’re here! This is a shock,” Courteney exclaimed as her pal joined them on Central Perk’s iconic orange velvet couch. “This is a good first shot,” Ellen said to which Courteney replied, “This is my first Instagram post? It’s all downhill from here.”

Turning to Lisa, Ellen then said, “I wish you had your guitar here. That would be fun,” referring to the actress’ iconic Friends character, Phoebe, who played the guitar on the beloved sitcom. “Wouldn’t it? But who would play it?” Lisa joked. But the funny show references didn’t stop there! “You came here, thank you,” Courteney told her friend to which Lisa replied, “Oh, I wanted to be there for you. Get it?”

As promised, Courteney later created an Instagram account (@courteneycoxofficial — follow her!) and shared the Friends reunion photo of herself with Lisa and Ellen as her first post on the social media platform. “Hello, Instagram! I’m here with a little help from my friends,” she captioned the pic. Lisa also posted the snapshot with the caption, “Welcome to Instagram, Courteney,” and Ellen wrote, “Just a couple of Friends hanging out on the sofa,” alongside her version of the pic on Instagram.

Gotta love a good TV reunion!
