Nearly 10 months after Robin Williams‘ tragic death, the terms of the late star’s estate remains unclear.

Though the late actor’s wife, Susan Schneider, 50, and her stepchildren — Zak, 32, and Cody, 23, and daughter Zelda, 25 — have reportedly resolved most of their past disagreements, a San Francisco Superior Court hearing is now scheduled for later today for a court to decide the final monetary terms of his will.

According to court records, Robin’s wife and children remain at odds over how much money Susan should receive from the Mrs. Doubtfire star’s estate throughout her lifetime.

Earlier this year, Susan asserted some of the actor’s personal items were wrongly taken from the California home they shared without her permission following his death from suicide at age 63 in August 2014.

Robin’s children, on the other hand, claimed their father’s trust stated they were to inherit all of his “clothing, jewelry and personal photos.”

According to a previous report published by The Associated Press, lawyers representing the Williams’ kids said they were “heartbroken” their stepmother “acted against [Robin’s] wishes by challenging the plans he so carefully made for his estate.”

The kids also stated they believe Susan was “adding insult to a terrible injury” by trying to change their father’s trust agreement with the aim of taking ownership of his personal belongings.
