Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber List Malibu Mansion for $7.5 Million — Take a Tour!

It’s time to move on! Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber, are ready for a new residence, as they have put their massive Malibu mansion on the market.

The 53-year-old supermodel and her man, 57, have listed their home for $7.5 million, a nice jump from the $1.25 million they paid for it back in the 1990s. The pair is no stranger to buying and selling properties, as they have done that several times, including an estate they sold for $45 million in 2018. The couple, married since 1998, also own a “lake cottage” in Toronto and another mansion in Beverly Hills — the latter which they once revealed was a purchased inspired by their two kids, Presley, 19, and Kaia, 17.

The current property they just listed is a Spanish-style home which has 2,400-square-feet, so its new owners will have plenty of space to do what they please. However, they might get distracted from the fantastic view of the Pacific Ocean.
