The model told the audience that she often feels pressured to look a certain way thanks to unrealistic expectations via social media, and even she isn’t immune to suffering from the age-old problem of body comparison. "Everyone has a butt now, and curves, and a little waist, and that's not me… I'm jealous of those bodies and I want that," she said.

"I also feel like I really want to be cool with my body because of people like you guys…That's why I don't post many makeup selfies, because I don't feel anyone knows what a real face looks like anymore and it kills me that we have to completely wash a face or body out for it to get likes."

A quick scroll through her Instagram and it’s clear to see Chrissy tends to post candid snaps at home, or cute pics of her adorable daughter, Luna, instead of glammed up selfies, and if she does it is normally to promote an ad campaign or shoot. Additionally, in her usual refreshing way, Chrissy admitted that social media — and the myriad of photo editing apps — makes her feel "inadequate.""My old a– will go on social media, and I will look at the Photoshopping, Facetuning, and the apps — and everything that goes into creating what is now a hit Instagram photo — and I feel insanely inadequate," she explained.
