Chrissy Teigen Reveals She’s Teaching Her Kids Luna and Miles to Give Back: ‘We Do a Ton of Donations’
What a mom! Chrissy Teigen is doing all she can to teach her two kids how truly important it is to give back.
“Luna’s just gotten into starting to be able to walk and talk and actually vocalize things,” the 33-year-old told ET of her 3-year-old daughter. “In L.A. we do a ton of donations to Baby2Baby every single day. We have a pile of things that we love to giveaway, and I just feel like, already very young, she’s excited to be able to share her things with people and knows there’s people that are less fortunate than her. She’s happy to support them, honestly. So, I’m happy.”
The Lip Sync Battle cohost and her husband, John Legend, share Luna and 11-month-old son, Miles.
Chrissy also praised City Harvest: The 2019 Gala at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City, on Tuesday, April 30, which she cohosted. “It’s always such an honor being able to attend this event. In the past, John’s performed many times before. I love being here,” she said. “It’s just a charity that hits very close to heart for me. It’s always my favorite, not just a big event to go to but to support them all year around is a really wonderful thing. I love it.”
City Harvest is a nonprofit largest food rescue organization that helps feed the more than 1.2 million New Yorkers who are in need.
The pair have been married since 2013 and are clearly two peas in a pod. And while they are crazy about their two kids, don’t expect a third one to arrive anytime soon. “It’s definitely not in the cards right now because I feel like I’d miss out on Miles,” the model told People. “Luna was a great age because she was growing up, she was speaking, and we knew that another baby could fit into the mix.”
“And then Miles is just so little, I don’t want to miss out on any of his moments,” she added. “So I definitely want another child but definitely not now. I think we’re gonna space this one a little longer than the two of them.”
Once the loving couple do decide to have another baby, we just know that they will instill the same amazing traits as they have with their two children!
