The 3-year-old clung to her mother’s arm and followed her inside the studio. Due to the cold New York City weather, Luna sported a beige coat and brown boots. She also wore a cute multi-colored dress with leggings underneath. Chrissy, on the other hand, flaunted her legs as she donned a short blue dress with a long white coat.
In a previous interview with Entertainment Tonight, the brown-haired beauty gushed about all of her daughter’s latest milestones.
“[Luna] is so verbal … obviously, everyone’s kids say something and you’re like, ‘Where did you get that?’ But with us, it’s like, ‘How did you learn that tone or phrasing?’” Chrissy, 34, explained. “She phrases things really well and she, like, holds a beat to give the punch line with things. It’s really interesting. But yeah, she’s so funny.”
As for her 1-year-old son, Miles Stephens, Chrissy is just happy that her baby boy has given her more time with husband John Legend. “It’s like someone took my husband, the love of my life, and extended my time with him by giving me his baby years too,” the TV personality gushed via Instagram. “Is that weird? That’s weird.”
With two kids at home, the Cravings: Hungry for More author has learned a lot about parenthood and finding that perfect groove between taking care of her son and daughter.
“The biggest difference between one kid and two is finding that balance in between giving that special quiet time to your baby, and then having that rambunctious playtime where you really have to be on your toes,” she previously explained to Good Housekeeping. “A lot of people, including us, overcompensate by wanting to make sure that that first child doesn’t feel neglected. But it’s also necessary because they’re going a different stage, and they need more attention and stimulation.”
Luna must be learning a lot from going to work with her mom!
