On Sunday, Chelsea Clinton, 35, took to Twitter to share a rare photo of her baby daughter in honor of her first birthday!

“Last book for Charlotte before bedtime on her first birthday! Marc & I are so grateful every day to be her parents,” the former first daughter captioned a sweet black and white snapshot of herself and her little girl.

Chelsea and her husband, Marc Mezvinsky, 37 — who married in July 2010 — welcomed Charlotte, their first child, on Sept. 26, 2014.
