Get on your running shoes Isaiah — it’s time for an exercise session with mommy! Carrie Underwood recently shared the sweetest photo of herself working out with her nearly three-year-old son on Instagram a few weeks after her face injury, and it’s the cutest thing we’ve ever seen.

“My boys make workouts fun (and a bit less productive, but that’s ok)! #StayThePath,” she captioned the pic of the two doing squats together. How sweet is it that Carrie is teaching her little boy her fitness skills?

This photo comes just a short time after Carrie suffered a scary fall that resulted in 40 stitches on her face. At first, the “Jesus Take the Wheel Singer” revealed that she broke her wrist and was treated for cuts and abrasions, but she later announced that she “might look a bit different” after her injury since she actually hurt her face as well. “When I am ready to get in front of a camera, I want you all to understand why I might look a bit different,” she confessed. “I’m hoping that, by then, the differences are minimal, but, again, I just don’t know how it’s all going to end up.” A photo of Carrie post-injury soon surfaced, and honestly, we don’t think she looks one bit different.

Carrie, 34, previously opened up about her workout secrets. “I used to work out six days a week. But now that’s a little rare, sometimes it’s one or two times a week and that just kind of has to be ok. And it is ok because whatever I’m doing that’s keeping me out of the gym is important,” she shared with E! News. We wish we could exercise once a week and look that good!

The mom-of-one even gushed about how her toddler has impacted her workout routine — in a good way. “He probably will, 90 percent of the time, wander into my workout session. But it’s nice to be able to stop and give him a kiss,” Carrie shared. We’re just glad she’s feeling better and is back in the gym with her boy.
