She’s one protective mom! Carrie Underwood‘s son Isaiah may only be 4-years-old, but he already has a crush, and the country singer is warning her not to hurt him.

“This morning my 4-year-old, who hates wearing jeans, asked to wear jeans so he could ‘look cute for Maddie,’” the 36-year-old tweeted on Thursday, May 9. “He also asked me to fix his hair and to get him some flowers that he could give to her. Don’t you break his heart @MaddieMarlow!!!”

Maddie, 23, who is one half of the country duo Maddie & Tae, responded, “I seriously could’ve cried. My heart just about exploded. Y’all raised the sweetest boy! Goes to show what a great example you and your hubby set for your boys. #newtourboyfriend.” Fans of the “Before He Cheats” singer were all about the tweet as well.

“How cute! He’s gonna be a little heart throb,” one person said. Another added, “That’s awesome! I guess dad is going to have to teach him a few lines to lock this down …”

Carrie’s husband, and Isiah’s dad is former professional hockey player, Mike Fisher. The pair tied the the knot in 2010 and also share another son — 3-month-old Jacob. The two brothers are of course very close, as the Grammy winner once revealed that her oldest calls their newborn “‘My baby’,” and always asks, “‘where is my baby?'”

The songstress is currently on her Cry Pretty Tour, and Maddie & Tae is her opener which may explain why her little one has a crush, especially since he has been attending his mom’s shows.

“What a night! This is Izzy’s first tour show that he’ll remember,” the boy’s dad recently captioned numerous photos of he and his son at Carrie’s concert. “He had a blast and kept yelling ‘mommy I love you’ when she came close!!” He added, “His mommy is a rockstar on stage and off the stage.”

What a great little family Carrie has!
