She's back — and better than ever! Just five months after the injury that left Carrie Underwood with 40 stitches in her face, the country singer performed the national anthem at her husband Mike Fisher's Nashville Predators hockey game on Sunday, April 29. Watch the video above to see how awesome she sounded!

Wasn't that amazing?! This was the 35-year-old's second performance since surfacing after her scary fall (her first one was at the ACM Awards on Sunday, April 15). Carrie attended the sporting event wearing her hubby's Predators jersey, and honestly, we've never seen anything cuter.

In a recent interview, Carrie opened up about the terrifying incident that she told fans would make her "look a bit different." When talking about the healing process, Carrie revealed, "I was at a point where I didn’t know how things were going to end up. I didn’t know what was going to go on. I didn’t know what it was going to heal like. You just don’t know how things are going to heal or end up."

Although she's healed quite well, Carrie uses makeup as a "confidence builder" when she goes out in public today. "Makeup is a confidence builder for me. When I want to look hot, I like smoky eyes and eyeliner," she recently explained to People. "I just feel like it’s nice to have things that enhance the things you like and cover up the things you don’t. I like walking by a mirror and I’m like, 'Ok! I feel like I’m put together. Alright!'"

And even though some time has now gone by since her accident, Carrie admitted she's not afraid to reflect on the life-changing happening. "I don’t know if I’ll ever be done talking about it, because it was an event in my life," she confessed. "And, I mean, I’m okay talking about it." It's so good to have you back, Carrie!
