Kate's secret to staying fit? Cutting sugar from her diet! "That was an eye-opener for me, I realized I was craving [sugar] like an addict around 4 p.m. every day. I would crave something sweet and it hit me how much sugar we really eat," the star said during an interview for Jimmy Choo's Autumn/Winter 2015 campaign.
The royal's diet secret is… green juice! "She just enjoys green juice in the morning. It's Kate's go-to for an extra boost. Pippa [Middleton] was the one who got [the royal family] into juicing. They all love it!" a family source revealed to Us Weekly.
According to the actress, getting fit is more about eating right than hitting the gym! "We start eating because we want our muscles more toned, that's more proteins — or eating because you want to have more energy, that means more vegetables. Your whole body will change," she told People of her diet advice.
The mom-of-four stays healthy and happy by prioritizing workouts! "I really try to make sure I schedule my workouts like I schedule my kids’ appointments. I just really believe in giving the gift of fitness to ourselves — if you’re going to get addicted to something, get addicted to fitness. The benefits are so great!" Brooke told Closer in an exclusive interview.
The mom-of-four recently shed more than 20 pounds by following a Nutrisystem diet and exercising with her kids! "[The meal plan] has been amazing… I just love that I get to eat while [on the program], because I’m not someone who can just survive on water, that’s not me. I’m really enjoying the food," Soleil — who is one of the co-founders of Seedling, a collection of toys, crafts, and activity kits for kids — exclusively told Closer Weekly.
"[Start] with a healthy diet — nutrition is an amazing way to contribute to your own well-being, and, of course, exercise and attitude," Christie recently told Elle, adding that she follows a strict vegan diet. "Adopting a really positive attitude can work wonders to adding years to your life, a spring to your step, a sparkle to your eye, and all of that."
According to the Today Show weatherman, weight loss is all "about a balance" of diet choices and regular exercise. "I bike to work every day. I eat a little bit less. I take a couple of hard-boiled eggs to work for breakfast. I have a salad for lunch and then a normal dinner," he told Closer in October 2014.
Last April, the former Will & Grace star revealed she shed 20 pounds by eating "really, really clean healthy foods." Her go-to snack? Green juice! "[It includes] kale and spinach and celery and ginger and lemon and cucumber," she told ABC News. "At least I know I'm starting my day and getting a big shot of nutrients that I need. I start out strong."
The actress recently lost more than 35 pounds by adhering to a strict 6,500 steps-per-day exercise routine. "I don’t care about anything but getting my steps and fueling myself to get my steps," she told Closer in March 2014.
The country singer relies on hard workouts to keep her hot bod in shape! “I like squats, lunges. If I go for a jog and I meet up with a good hill, I will lunge up the hill and that will burn [my legs] out," she recently revealed.
The actress recently shed 20 pounds by cutting out junk food from her diet! "I was 144 and now I'm 124. I feel really great. I followed Kimberly Snyder’s methods, but I added some protein like fish and chicken since she's all vegetarian or vegan. I've been very disciplined and all I did was cry and dream about pizza. I still am dreaming and crying about pizza," she revealed.
