Candace Cameron Bure Reveals Son Lev Is Engaged to His Girlfriend, Taylor: ‘She Said ‘Yes!”
Expanding the family! Candace Cameron Bure happily revealed her 20-year-old son, Lev Bure, got engaged to his girlfriend, Taylor Hutchison, in a sweet Instagram post.
“She said YES!!! Last night my son @levvbure proposed to his beautiful girlfriend @taylorrhutchison. We are SO excited for these cuties!!!” Candace, 44, shared on Saturday, August 29, alongside a few pics of Lev’s engagement in Napa, California. “And this mama/mama-in-love can’t wait for wedding planning shenanigans!!”
Candace and her husband, Valeri Bure, celebrated by taking their son and his new fiancée out to dinner with their youngest child, Maksim Bure, 18, and their 22-year-old daughter, Natasha Bure, who got the whole thing on camera.
“What a beautiful surprise! @natashabure captured moments from start to finish of a very big day!” Candace said on Instagram next to an edited video of their beautiful dinner. In the caption, the Fuller House star said she reunited with her family in California after working in Canada for two months.
“I’m so proud of my three kids and husband,” the Full House alum gushed. “My family is my everything. I am SO happy for the Hutchisons and the Bures to become family too! #proudmama Taylor, I promise to be the best mother-in-love you could hope for. I’ll only get annoying when it comes to my time with grandbabies.”
Being a grandma is something Candace can’t wait to do. In fact, she previously told Closer Weekly that she’s been heckling her daughter, Natasha, for grandbabies. “I’m starting to be that annoying mom that’s like, ‘Come on, you’re almost 22. I need grandchildren!’” the mom of three joked. “I mean, I need a husband for her first, but then grandchildren!”
Although none of her children are expecting a baby, Candace is happy either way. She approves of Taylor, especially because the blonde-beauty has a “love” of God. In her Instagram bio, she wrote, “Eyes fixed on Jesus!!!” and Candace said she would love it if any of her kids wanted to be with someone who was religious and treated them well.
“That’s all I really care about,” she said. “I’m like, ‘Does she love Jesus, and does she treat you well?’ That’s always what I want for them.” Candace has so many great celebrations coming up!
