Candace Cameron Bure, 40, Is in the Best Shape Ever — Find out Her Weight Loss Secrets!

She’s one fit momma!

Candace Cameron Bure is looking good and feeling even better at 40-years-old — thanks to her workout routine! In a new interview, the former View co-host opened up about her weight loss secrets and shared some of her favorite fitness tips.

“I feel the most fit and strong than I’ve ever felt in my life,” Candace told People “What keeps me on track is that I want to feel good and have a long life with my husband and kids.”

Candace and her husband, Valeri Bure, 42, share three children together — 18-year-old daughter Natasha, 16-year-old son Lev, and 15-year-old son Maksim.

Even though her life is pretty busy as a working mom and wife, she always tries to fit regular exercise into her schedule — whether it’s a 20-minute workout a couple of times a week or a one-hour workout five days a week.

When she has the time to devote to a one-hour workout, she turns to her favorite personal trainer, Kira Stokes, via FaceTime.

Stokes incorporates a mix of strength, cardio, plyo — a form of jump training — and balance training into Candace’s workouts. She explained that Candace jumps rope in between her strength circuits to keep her moving throughout her one-hour workout. For strength, the actress uses three-pound, 25-pound or 30-pound dumbbells.

But when she’s pressed for time, Candace says she likes to do equipment-free moves like air squats, jump squats, push-ups, jumping jacks, burpees, and crunches.

“All the basic stuff,” she said, “But it’s all you need to do to keep [your body] toned.”
